G35 replacement struts

My "06 69k miles g35 has developed a clunking sound from the bad roads here in tucson - does this point to replacement struts?

The first thing to do is diagnose where the clunking is come from, you can do this yourself or have an alignment shop do it for you. The first clunk my vehicle made was actually an upper ball joint.
