no compression on left bank?
no compression on left bank?
She has 135k miles and lost compression on drivers side of the motor? Is there a sensor or relay or what the heck? No check engine light? The dealer won't t-shoot it. They only want to swap the motor!

A cam sensor won't cause a loss of compression by itself. If the dealer won't give you the info that's BS, take it to a trustworthy local mechanic and have them run a compression test so you'll know exactly what you're dealing with.
Yeah exactly what dealership is this, name/address/phone number. Ask for the compression test results since they obviously performed one. Call Nissan/Infiniti customer service and report them for fraudulent behavior if you suspect there's something fishy going on. Contact your local news agencies and give them all the details. Yelp and Google review exactly what your experience was.
