2006 G35 Engine trouble

After driving for about 2 moths after we switched the transmission in the car one morning it just stopped running and made an odd noise. I was tired of working on the car so often so i just drove my wife's car for a while but im ready to get back at it and see if i can fix the issue im not sure what the issue is i've never heard the noise before on a car and my father says it may just be the computer in the car gone bad but i would like another's opinion. The car has been sitting a while.

You may need to turn volume up to hear it.

Thank you to anyone who decided to give me there input im at a loss as to what to try.

Can't hardly hear over all the lifter noise on the second vehicle. If it's sat dead for a long time you will probably have to take out the battery and charger instead of jump starting it.

It definitely was starting sluggish which typically means proper voltage but low cranking amperage, a battery that sat dead for a long term will cause that effect on starting.

It can also be caused by a spin bearing causing much higher friction on rotating components.

It can also be caused by a failing starter.

Charge the battery and try again, if still sluggish remove spark plugs, the radiator fans, both drive belts, and get a socket on the crank pulley to rotate the engine manually. A spin bearing will have a LOT of resistance when trying to turn the engine. Before tearing the motor apart take the starter off and have it tested.

Probably just a bad battery though.

Also check oil level in the crankcase before going any further to make sure it's not dry, if it's low on oil then it's probably a spun bearing.

No compression

Okay so after some research and talking so some mechanics, i changed the battery out cause it was shot and held no charge. I went and bought a compression tester and the car acts like it wants to start and turn over but there is little compression happening, about 30ish everywhere i checked. There is no check engine light and no codes showing up so I don't think it's any sensors. What would you guys suggest i check next?

Also a better video so you can hear only the Infiniti engine making noise
