G35 winter rims and tires from 370z

Hi guys, I’m looking at purchasing 18” sport edition rims with 225/50R18 Blizzaks mounted on them that came from a 370z. Would these fix on a stock 2003 sedan? I know the bolt pattern would be the same but I’m unsure if the large sidewalls would rub

Not sure about the fitment, but just a heads up that Sport Edition Rims are not OEM for the 370z. It sounds like the person selling them to you bought a wheel/tire set from tire rack. That being said, you can probably find the exact rim on tire rack and see if it will fit for you.

Something else to keep in mind is that blizzaks generally only perform well for the first 50% of tread wear. After that most of the rubber compound that makes them so good has worn off. Used blizzaks are a dime a dozen near me for this reason.

Thanks for the info, I believe they are aftermarket sport edition a-2 wheels from tire rack. I think they will fit as they as the other reply showed 18” oem rims and these should be the same size. I was just worried about the larger sidewalls on the blizzaks rubbing.
