Can any gurus pinpoint to exactly what this noise is?

i believe it is the brakes due to the nature, but the fizzing out makes me believe it is something else.
Before it would squeal when I turned the wheel to the right a bit, some times it’s there sometimes it isn’t.
But this noise is persistent when I press the brake, and completely let off which makes the continuation of the fizzing type noise. Which I’m confused because if I let completely off the brake shouldn’t the noise stop? Why would it continue on as if the brake is still somewhat closed on the rotor and is slowly releasing even after I myself have let go of the brake
in a weird way I can explain the noise when I let off the brake as taking a tea pot off the stove when it’s whistling. Almost simmers down if you listen

First step is to pop that wheel off and inspect everything. Check the thickness of the inner and outer pads, and check the rotor for scoring or abnormal wear. Brake issues are not the kind of thing you want to ignore.
