Hard to steer

It snowed last night so me and a buddy of mine decided to take our cars out and do donuts. I did a 4-5 donuts and when i was driving home, I noticed the steering wheel would not budge when I was stopped but it would turn when I'm driving. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong since I'm fairly young and new with this type of stuff?

Do you have a ton of snow/ice accumulation in the wheelwells or on the steering components that's physically making it impossible to turn the wheels?

Do you have sufficient power steering fluid in the reservoir?

There is also a u-joint on the steering shaft that's prone to corrosion causing it to be difficult to turn the steering wheel. You can google search the exact location so you can see where it's at but it sometimes requires the use of penetrating lubricant (aerosol can) to free it up if it's stuck. More of a bandaid than a fix since the joint will eventually fail completely but it least it gets you going for a while.

My bet is you have snow locked the front tires.
