i do have another car as a beater.I just had picked up my g35 from getting the whole front suspension changed And after I decided to go to the store real quick and came back to this really killed my mood and day

Paint/body is the worst thing you can cheap out on. Unless you like visible sanding under the paint, excessive orange peel, runs, solvent pop, dirt in the paint and buffer swirls all over your car.
What you should do first is get a compound like Meguiars Ultimate Compound since their consumer line is meant to be used by hand. Use it and a microfiber towel to remove the paint transfer. If the damage underneath isn't bad after compounding, it may look acceptable enough to you to not bother having it refinished.
