Exclamation No cost mod

I was reading an old thread today about the throttle opening around 80% instead of 100% and got an idea, I decided to check the APP sensor for the answer to this problem and noticed it wasn't going through its full travel, It had adjustment screws so i adjusted it full counter clockwise so it was at the full beginning of its limit, but now it had an operating range bigger than the range of the pedal bar so i increased the pedal travel by bending the bar level with the brake so that the stop off the back of the pedal contacted the firewall just before the stop in the APP sensor contacted, the other option was to cut the stop off the back of the pedal but i decided it was too permanent and wouldn't permit proper adjustment nor operation. It worked I now have a much farther pedal travel and a noticeable power increase. If someone with a tuner or access to a dyno wants to try this and could verify the throttle travel and/or power increase that would be great.

I would recommend checking throttle position input via OBD2 first to make sure the ECM is reading 100% throttle, if so then there's no reason to mess with it because it can only account for 0-100%
