I have a p1772 code and have to swap out the tcm I'm guessing. I was about to do it buy was stopped by a friend saying I'd need it brought to a dealer to be configured. Is that true? I'm swapping out the part that you see as soon as you drop the transmission pan.
Last time I dropped the pan for some reason I couldn't get all the screws to drop the peice. Is there a video or a picture that shows the bolts needed to be removed?
