Unfortunately my time was short lived with my project car, 2006 G35x Sedan. A few things were still on the list to be fixed but I don't think I will have time for it.
Curious for the folks that are "parting out" their cars, how do you end up getting rid of the final remains (frame, doors, or whatever is left)?

 

I just call the local scrap yard and tell them what I have and they typically bring a flatbed out and pay me $50 for the remains of vehicles. Just gotta hand them a clear and signed title.

I live like 2 minutes from the scrap metal yard though.

 

Ohhh and never underestimate the power of Craigslist if you want to just give crap away for free.

 

And deal with a 100 weirdos while doing so.

 

Here's how I got rid of my G35 carcass when I was done parting out:

After it was all cut up, I literally dragged it to the curbside on garbage night and a scrap metal dude hauled it away in his Dodge Caravan.
