slow start once warm

I'm having an issue with my 04. Car starts fine and runs perfect for the first 10 minutes. Once warm though, has intermittent misfire under load with only a p0327 code and will not start again once killed until it cools down again. Turn the key and all lights go out and engine turns over till the furst compression stroke then stops as if the battery is dead. Has popped the 120 amp fuse on battery terminal twice. Car has 278,000 miles, but runs buttery smooth till warm. I have a set of coils ordered to see if that may be the culprit for the misfire, but the warm start issue has me confused. Anyone else had a similar issue?

First off, your G looks quite clean! 278k is crazy!
P0327 is for the knock sensor, check the sub-harness that runs to it under the lower intake manifold. Since the ECU doesn't see input (or low input) from the knock sensor, its running with less ignition timing than normal. I had the same code, I replaced both the knock sensor and the harness, car ran way better after fixing those parts. Make sure you run premium 91+ fuel, both my G's ran like crap with 87 octane.
Sounds like the starter motor and/or battery is getting weak, but check all the battery terminals and starter wire connection. Make sure your battery voltage is 12.6+ when starting hot.
These cars seem to benefit from grounding kits, you might try adding a ground strap from the negative (-) terminal to the engine block.

Thanks. I've had it close to 10 years now. Other than the current issues and a transmission about 10,000 miles ago it's been good to me. It's been parked basically for the past year due to a leaking rear main or upper oil pan seal one. The mechanic that changed the transmission supposedly changed both at the same time but i seriously have doubts he touched eithet one. Want to fix the misfire and starting issue before tackling the leak considering how much of a pain the seal is going to be
