I bought an exhaust for my M35X and I live in PA so I’m buying stainless steel exhaust for all 5 of my vehicles. m35X is full stainless steel, 240sx is turbo back stainless steel, and I wanna buy SS for my G35 sedan. I’m buying the exhaust for the M35X is nearly looks identical to the G35 underneath. They appear to be the same length and width and I’m aware they are different chassis. The engine bays even appear to be identical. I know they’re the same engine. So from the manifolds to the Y pipe looks identical as well. After that, the M goes to dual exhaust, and the G remains single. So what is keeping me from making it dual exhaust with a pair of smaller fart cans? I don’t have emissions in my county so I don’t have that to worry about. Has anybody done the swap or a similar exhaust? Any of you work at an exhaust shop and stare at undercarriages all day should have an answer for me. Please and thanks.

 

M35 has a longer wheelbase so it's not going to bolt up without modifications. It's still an FM platform so it will be VERY similar.
