Hey all,
Newbie here, just checking in. Just purchased an x last weekend.
Silver with Black- Yes I'm bummed they don't offer the 6-speed with AWD-

However, I do a lot of Tahoe runs in the winter. So far this car has been awesome. The price was right, the dealer rocked, the car was such an obvious choice- Other cars considered were the usual suspects.
Dig the power, dig the handling, dig the 2005 interior. Couldn't be happier, at least for now. However, some nice wheels and tires are on the list of initial mods, along with a debadge, truck lid lip and maybe some clear corners.
This looks like a great site, happy to be here.

Lip

Welcome, Lip.

I was also 'bummed' about the lack of a manual transmission option until I drove the car. This is the best auto tranny I've driven by a long shot.

Enjoy your ride.

Thanks for the welcomes
Yeah, my last few rigs have all been manuals. However, after driving it, and now owning it, no regrets at all. Last car was a VW product.

My car is optioned with the Premium Package, no nav- Has XM.
Silver exterior/black interior.

Glad to be part of the crew, let the modding begin.

Welcome Lip,

I take my X up to Kirkwood every weekend in the winter and part of my fun is taking the turns on highway 88 , not just snowboarding!

The X is a great car. I bought mine home in a snowstorm 2 weeks ago. Handled the snow great and felt stable. I just can't wait til I can wash it. This winter is getting old already! Definitely get the clear corners, they add a nice touch. I just ordered the UT lip spoiler and pedals are next. They are gonna look nice with the aluminum dash accents.

Great to see so many enthusiasts out here- The Tahoe run is going to be all that much better now.

Rick,
The alloy pedals seem like a nice addition. Additionally, I like the idea of the JDM ABS cover. I noticed that the Skyline appears to have a different rear bumper, seems slimmer, am I dreaming?
Another question, my old car had a set of OZ SLs in gunmetal. I think this car might look really nice with some dark colored wheels, not black, but titanium or gunmetal.
I see a lot of posts on the subject, however, if I want to look at pretty pictures, any recommendations?

Lip welcome aboard and congrats on your purchase. Are you from NorCal?

Here are some pics of my sedan with graphite wheels. They may be similar to what you are looking for.

Nope, I have the Nismo kit sides and rear, but no bumper.

I have the Stillen chin spoiler just need to get it painted and mounted.

Yeah this site rocks, exactly what I need to help drain the old bank account.
Skeleton, dig the wheels. I'm on the penninsula.

ryansg35, do you have some pics of your wheels? Link doesn't seem to work.
