Exclamation SOS Cv Axle Disaster

I have a 2006 infinity g35x. It has constantly breaking cv axles and im on my third one. I mean I put the car in reverse. Go 2 inches and i hear a terrible thud and low and behold the boot is broken. Then, my lower rearward control arm broke. I fixed the control arm, which the rubber bushing broke removing the bolt/spacer, allowing for it to pull out of the slot. I just recently fixed the control arm, but it was clunking when I put in the break, but apparently there was a metal spacer that goes in the actual hole, so i bought it and installed it connecting the control arm into the slot, and securing it, then called it a night. tonight, i got my new Duralast gold cv axle, and got it slotted into the differential after wedging past knuckle. However, it won't fully seat not allowing it to be screwed in. Also, i believe i found out why my past cv axles instantly broke. It is very hard to turn because the cv axle boot is in direct contact with lower control arm. i am assuming this explains the problems with my control arm and cv axle. i will attach photos of the gap i am describing, and the contact between the boot and control arm. I am i need of desperate help with why the cv axle wont fully seat, and why its rubbing after being inserted and having upper control arm connect to knuckle. My cv axle has 3 screws, not 6 or 5 or 4 like ive seen other people seen. This is the front driver side. Sorry for the terrible photos I'm hoping you can see what's happening.

Is this relevant to my cv axle?
