I got approx $4000 off sticker with VPP

This may vary by dealer but I was told that it was win-win for the dealership because they got credit for the sale but it didn't work against their allocation [assuming the car you want is in limited supply]. Since there is no haggling [sp?] over price the dealer also benefits from the great review they get from your follow up interviews.
