There is some Act.. I forget the name (im sure Ryo will come and name it shortly when he does his hourly post checking
)) basiclly this act protects the customer from dealerships voiding the warrenty for no reason. for a dealership to LEAGLLY void the warrenty he needs to prove beyond a shodow of a doubt that YOUR mod caused the problem with the vehicle..

Actually, the burden of proof is probably closer to somewhere between a preponderance (51% or more) and a reasonable doubt. It's almost impossible to prove anything beyond a shadow.
IE: if your birth certificate states that you were born 1/1/70 at 1:10 AM, is there some possibility that you were born at 1:11 AM?
