Question Opinions?

I've had my '04 AT sedan for a little while now and I absolutely LOVE this car.

Where I need your opinions are mainly in the following areas:
1. This car (O.E.M. Bridgestone Turanzas) is lets in a lot of road noise, especially when slowing to a stop. With all of the talk about brakes, I started to suspect them but the rotors don't look or feel like anything unusual is going on. Dealer says "this car's not noisey". Could it be the tires since I have to play the radio pretty loud to overcome the noise at highway speeds?
2. Lots of buzzing sounds (windows / window trim?)that are rarely the result of audio bass, but pretty constant while driving (road vibrations). Is this common and how have you guys (and gals) addressed this?
3. Sometimes lots of noise (like something's loose) from the driver's seat but doesn't seem loose. Thoughts?

By way of offering something to the forum, I was alarmed when I was getting low 15 mpg numbers around town. I forgot to state that the car was bought used.

I looked at the air filter and it was a mess. I figured out how to change it (difficult but not impossible by any means) and mileage has improved dramatically (mid 18's). On the highway, I get 24 mpg, and all with 87 octane.
What a difference being able to breathe has made for this car!
Thanks for your opinions !
