Sounds like the 2005 bose stereo will playback MP3s. Does anyone know if the 2005 head unit will fit into the 2003 sedan w/o modification? Probably not the cheapest alternative.

I have used the cassette adapter before. It works, but not the best quality sound. But it does work and there is no problem with the cord getting caught in the cassette player door.
