2005 Steering Wheel composition?

On my 2005 G35x - I can't easily tell what on the steering wheel is leather versus vinyl?

Factors into how I treat it.

I Dont Think The Wheel Is Leather At All. Mine Is Rubbing Off Whenever Its Hot And I Am Driving Fast, Gripping Hard. Cheap B@st@rds!

The brochue says something about the steering wheel being leather....
