What year, pre '05?
What OEM bumper, Nismo Sport?

If yes.....
I did this with my car & it was easy to remove the stock bumper.
Just clips & bolts in obvious locations.
There are also 2 in each wheel well that are not so obvious.
(partialy remove the plastic wheel well liners to get at them)

Install of the Nismo is a little tricky...
On my car there were some one inch square aluminum pieces welded onto the inner bumper frame which had to be cut. ( you will need to know how to work with aluminum)
Also there are 4 pieces of plastic & foam ducting that have to be removed from the car.
You will also need a pop rivet tool.
You need to remove the side marker light frame from the original bumper
& reinstall with pop rivets on the Nismo.

Do you know if you get the 3 piece kit if the bracket is already installed on the facia? My kit comes in Wednesday and I'll be doing the install myself and I don't have a riveting tool. I'd like to have all the tools ready, so if I need a riveting tool I'll get one before I start.

Here's some documentation from the service manual:

Best Regards,

John

Best Regards,

The bumper is one part of the 3 piece kit, so
I think you'll need the riveting tool for sure.
If you're buying one, you could always return it if not needed.

Also get the right size rivet as per the service manual.
