Why are you waiting? There probably won't be many significant changes for '06 ... and if you get it now, you can have the fun of breaking it in during the Summer and then be ready for Fall.

You're right ... it is an awesome ride, and I have this big shxt-eating grin on my face everytime I jump in and start her up.

I'm waiting mainly because I have too many other expenses at the moment which should be taken care of by the end of summer. If I could, I'd go down to the dealership now and drive off with a brand new shiny G. The wait is killing me, but as the saying goes, "good things come to those who wait."

Cool Sold on the 325i

It barely made it off the truck and it was mine. Too bad they didnt finish PDI on it till Mon. I hate buying something and waiting through the weekend to play with it.
You can probably get some more $$$ off though if you take your time.
If you live outside of Cook county you will pay tax for that county, but since Motor Werks is in Cook you will also get a bill for Cook county in a month.
I paid taxes for DuPage, but Im expecting a bill from Cook county soon.
Damn thieves.
Thanks Norbert for all the information.

Last week I was at Motor Werks again and test drove both the G35x and the new 325i. I loved the 325i handling, although it was a tad slow compared to G35x, the car was simply too good in handling curves at high speeds.
Right now I am sold on the 325i and am looking to negotiate a good deal. If I can't get the 325i for my price my second choice would be the G35x.

I took the 325i on a very curvy path, when you go east on Ranall (behind Motor Werks) turn Left at the first stop slight you will go into a school and just drive down the S-curves behind the school. It is a real blast in the 325i. I felt the G35x was a little heavy in cornering. Well thats my impression.

Wish me luck to get a good deal on the 325i

Wink I am back for a G35x

I am back in the hunt for a G35x as I had tough time getting a good price with BMW 325i.

And I had to learn it the hard way - After comparing all the facts about maintenance and insurance costs. I believe the G35x is a much better value for the money.
