Just wondering guys what will u guys consider to be factory miles?............what miles was on u guys car when u picked it up?............just want ot make sure my car as not been used for a test drive while I'm over here in germany.

I think my car had about 100 miles on it when I picked it up. It was an exchange with another car dealer in the Los Angeles area. I am in Carlsbad (San Diego). So I am thinking the car probably didn't have more than 20-30 miles when it was on the lot...

10-20 is normal, depending on how much they move it around and test after prep.

 

Mine had 7 miles. I picked it out from the parking lot where it had been taken off the truck, and told them no test drives. It had about 5 on it from the factory, and the dealership put about 2 on it doing their little test check and gettting it prepped.

I had two options: Wait until August to get one custom, or get the only one with my colors/options in the US that was less than 1500 miles away. I guess I'm too instant-gratification...
The driver whom I chose to pick up my trade has been there ten years, he aims to do as much "break in" as he can, avoiding the highway, varying the tach, and otherwise also checking for problems on his drive to the dealership. It takes a little longer, but I feel it was worth an extra day to make sure it was handled with care. Since the car ended up with 500 itemized miles, the dealer threw in free detailing two weekends a month on top of the free weekly washes, and oil changes-- all for for two years.
The whole story of how I ended up with my G was rather interesting-- a dealership in nashville wanted the exact same car because they knew I wanted it, so they were "holding it ransom". Looong story that ends in me giving the Nashville dealership the one-finger salute whenever I pass it on I-65.

On delivery mine had 8.5 miles on her. It could be normal for it to have more if the car is moved from one dealership to the other.
