Hey all,

Went for a 2nd testdrive today (more on that in another thread), and the sales guy - who SEEMS no-nonsense - said that the AWD sedan can ONLY be gotten as either the base/standard equipment package OR with Premium Package C. Specifically, Packages A & B cannot be ordered w/ the g35x.

He even went and double-checked w/ his tech guy, and confirmed.

Can you all confirm, too?

I guess, the glossy brochure wasn't completely clear to me on this topic.

If ya want a premium package, then C it is. No Premium A or B on an X. Just get C and be happy with it. I sure as heck am!

 

Yup ... that's the long-and-short of it. The X can only be had with Prem Package C.

Man, I love this car

 

Dude it's a blast. Spent the day with it a local track on Monday taking a performance driving course. Not only did I walk away thinking more of it than at the start of the day but the instructors all loved it too. It got raves!

yep, just got my 05 g35x 3 days ago. I got the Premium, Navi, Wood, and Sirius Sat. radio, mud flaps. Silver with black leather. Anyone else really like the wood? It is the same as in the M35 - rosewood. I do like the real stainless steel also but just liked the wood package better (so did the wife, and that is all that really matters I guess) Going back this week for the spoiler to get put on. What is with not being able to get the aero package with the X ?

 

It's too bad the 18" wheels aren't an option for the G35X. I really love how they look.
