Question on functions of Bose CD MP3 player

I'm considering buying an 05 g35x with bose sound system and would like to know if the unit has a "resume" feature (i.e. remembers the last position you were at on disc) that actually works after you shut car off. Also what happens if you change discs? Does it lose position memory? I listen to audiobooks on mp3 quite a bit when stuck in traffic, so this could be a big nuisance unless I can get my ipod connected into the car.

My 05 X does have a resume feature, but it only works for the disc currently being played. Once you change discs, you're going to start from folder 1/ track 1 of whichever cd you select.

It does indeed resume from the last point if you shut the car off. (But if you disconnected the battery it would probably forget.)
