So far these are the only changes we've heard of:
- Heated seats will be part of the preimium package instead of a separate winter package.
- Tire-pressure monitors may be included, though it's not clear at this point if it will be a standard feature, a feature of the NAV/Trip Computer, or some other option set.
- Twilight blue is coming back as a color option
That's pretty much it as far as I can remember, aside from the fact that there are rumours of a 3-4% base sticker price increase, probably due to the success of the 2003 model and the fact that it got several awards including Motor Trend Car of the Year.
So unless you're willing to wait until September for one of the above features, I'd say go ahead and get one now. Dealers are making pretty good deals right now on the 2003.5 models, particularly the Sedans, whereas when the 2004's first come out dealers might think they can get away with charging full sticker price initially.
Only other issue I can think of is that if you're buying as opposed to leasing, a 2003.5 will depreciate a little more quickly at this point. But I leased mine, so I'm not really worried about it. (I just got my 5AT Sedan a few weeks ago)

The tire pressure monitors will be coming out in all passenger cars soon.. new legislation requiring them. However, the first ones out will be useless crap. The variance that the laws allow basically mean that you can have tires as low as 24psi before the warning sets off, at which point you may be riding around on a severely under-inflated tire way too long. The big problem is that you'll have some people who think, "I've got tire pressure monitors, I don't need to check my tire pressures manually anymore." I wouldn't wait for that option.
Heated seats are nice. I have the winter package. I'm in San Diego. They're still nice to have. (Think "heating pad" on the commute home after a rough day.)
Twilight Blue is a good enough reason by itself to get a newer model.
There's always something better coming out tomorrow, be it cars or computers or home electronics. Wait if you want. Buy now if you want.
First-run models do have issues. They do get fixed as time goes on. The 2003.5's have quite a few fixes over the 2003's. The 2004's will probably have a few more, but most of the major issues have TSB's and solutions available. Some of the minor issues still need resolving (I'm experiencing these two: CD changer has jammed twice on me, driver's seat is loose/rocks forward-back) and can be annoying in the meantime, depending on how you take such things.

Re: is g35 worth getting now!
I just picked up my black G35 on Monday... I thought about waiting, but then I would lose out on the enjoyment of cruising around this summer.
Anyway after test driving one I couldn't resist... I needed it right away

You can read all about the low tire pressure monitoring system on page 2-12 in the 2004 Infiniti G35 owners manual (http://www.nissan-techinfo.com/infin...p?dept%5Fid=56).
