HELP - Upper control arm torque specs?

I'm in the middle of upgrading my suspension and realized that I don't know the torque specs for the front upper control arm bolt (the one with the cotter pin). Does anybody know this?

The service manual states 40-46 ft-lbs.

I ran into the same problem you are facing and I ended up using about 75 as a guess!
