got the deal done today!

G35x Premium C, splashguards and trunk mat.
Paid a fair price at our local dealer.

Pickup tonight or tomorrow.

Transaction went so smoothly (even though I was by myself, well w/ two 4yr olds).

Can't wait.

Hi,
Nice to hear that you got your car. What price did you get it for? I got mine for $33,656 before tax, title and license.

What color did you get? I think we have similar cars, check out my signature.
What is the Date of Manufacture for your car? You can find it on the driver side door pillar.

thanks!

it's the sand color w/ wheat interior. My husband's choice.

we paid 500over invoice, which i know isn't the *best* deal, but it was fair in my eyes. So it was 34,4xx (I don't remember exact numbers). It saved us a trip to Chicago and kept business local. So we are fine with it.

We took the 3.99 financing dealie. Which is fine, not great, but we may pay the car off early.

Congrats and welcome. Give us a review as to what you thought the car would be vs. what it is. Nice choice of color!

congrats on your purchase. Sometimes it's better to pay a little more, and stay local than to save a couple hundred dollars and have to drive hours for it.

Great choice. I am sure you will love the car. Post some pics and what your impressions are after driving the car for few days.

As for the financing are you sure it is 3.99? I got the 2.9 for 5 years, Infiniti had a promotion running (which i believe is still valid) the choices were 1.9% for 3yrs or 2.9% for 5 yrs.

Welcome to the CLUB

g35dreamcar....

yes, i believe that offer (2.99 for 60) expired in June.

they still had the 1.99 for 36 available but our payments would have been upwards of 950 per month, which, while we could handle it, would rather not. We would rather put the extra cash into my husband's med school loans, which are even higher than the 3.99.

We still haven't taken delivery of the vehicle yet! They needed to 'prep' and detail it for us, so they said it wouldn't be ready til tonight, and my husband is working late tonight so we may not even pick it up until tomorrow night.

First time I have bought a car and not driven it off the lot right after the papers were signed!

we declined the tire/wheel protection plan and also the extra warrantee plan. 4yrs 60K miles standard plan seems pretty good to me.

That's correct, the 2.9% financing ended on June 30, that is what I have on mine, that was good timing on my part, glad I bought my car on the 30th.
