Very Nice!!!! I was surprised when I saw Wayne’s X with 18's as I thought it would mess things up for the AWD. Are there any modifications needed? The factory 17's do not fill the wheel wells as much as I would like but these do a very nice job of that.

big daddy, your set-up came out great. I think, as others have mentioned, that the drop is optional. You don't have the 4x4 look at all. But if you still decide to lower, you have a few options. You could install coilovers and adjust them to whatever ride height you like, but that's pricey. Or you could go with springs. From Tein's website, the H-Techs for the sedan will lower you 0.7" and the H-Techs for the coupe will lower you 0.3". You may consider springs in conjunction with aftermarket shocks, like Tokico D-Specs. Just a few of your many options. Consult the suspension guru Gsedan35 for other options.

PS - Your daughter is a real cutie.

As I understand it we just have to make sure all four wheels are same diameter so no staggered set-ups. This starts to mess with the AWD.
Some would disagree with this however - some outright and some who say as long as your overall diameter is within a couple of % you are fine. Personally I don't want to mess up my AWD or my VDC, and I like having the ability to rotate em.

I didn't need any mods just the fitment gurus we have on line. As I mentioned the shops all thought I was nuts but I put my money on the boys and the boys came through. When we were done the shop guys were like "Damn..... look at that. Shweeeet!"

The 17's are also way more tucked in and civilized looking and this is just a way more muscle poppin look. As everyone says "The pix don't do it justice".
The first couple of months nobody really looked at or commented on my car and my friends liked it but weren't getting the vibe. Now thanks to Charles Atlas er, well, you know what I mean.

I believe in Karma so it's payback time.....any questions, any pix or measurements needed then I'm your guy. C'mon X drivers let's sex it up!

C'mon no-ones gonna trash me? What has happened to this site? Apparently all the scrappers are busy raking Sawdigga over the coals on page 7 of his thread.
