War of the worlds... G35!

No plot spoiler here... but towards the end of the movie there is a long shot of a street as they walk down it.

Guess who's parked at the end of the street... a nice new G35 sedan with the hood up in need of a bath!

Then the scene goes on and over the characters shoulder you get a good 3-4 second shot of the grill with Infiniti logo.

I got a good wack from the wife and a chuckle from the guy next to me when I said... "G35 sedan" a little too loud

Cheers, Ted

I think Infiniti is getting some good product placement. In the Fantastic Four, a guy gets wacked by Von Doom near a Coupe

In Canada, we have a Visa commercial where they have a Silverstone G35 coupe under a glass case at the side of the highway where a ladies car breaks down and a sign reading "In case of emergency, break glass". Unfortunately, they have removed the Infiniti symbol from the grill to make it generic, but still a neat commercial.

G-Force, they have that commercial here in the states too, i've seen it. I saw the sedan in war of the worlds, and I pointed it out to my girlfriend. She gets annoyed because cause I always point out a G35 when i see one on tv or in the movies...lol.

I didn't notice the Infiniti logo on the walking machines... and I didn't care too much for their exhaust note either. But at least they had plenty of passenger space in their touring package.

Cheers, ted
