They were giving me this story about the air con being up to spec but they recharged it anyway. Now it's ice cold

 

Keep in mind that rubber components, and A/C hoses included, are porous. Some loss of refrigerant over time is not abnormal, unlike home systems. This is a gray area warranty-wise, but it IS bumper-to-bumper, and the dealer has stood by it.
