Stone interior "ouch" might be too hard to sit on.
But congrats on your G. I was frustrated by the trans but now after a month or so, It's butter smooth and the car sounds great with no mods.

I took the silver one around the block, but decided silver is too popular. Then I looked at your DG, but the stone interior wasn't for me. So I ordered a Blue with wheat. Probably not a popular pick, but I like the contrast. I orderd a 2005, but the saleman called me 10 days later to say I would be getting a 2006.

I think you did well. Did you take the 2.99% Financing, and if so how much did they want you to put down? Other than destination and handling and TTL what type of fees did they add to that?

I purchased a 6MT sedan in diamond graphite with graphite interior last Sunday. I was looking at the same one at another dealer, but it had stone interior. But it just happened that the day I went to this other dealer, they just unloaded a DG with graphite interior 6MT. It had 12 miles on it. I had to take it. It also had splash guards, trunk mat, premium package, and aero kit. I ended up paying invoice, got the $1K cash back, and got them to throw in the LEX sealant, wheel locks, and tint. I have never owned a manual car so I'm still learning. But it's a lot of fun.

Nice choice.

What's funny, is that I went to a different dealer to choose an interior. The stupid salesmen showed me a wheat interior and told me it was stone. When I saw the interior of my g, I almost freaked but I immediately fell in love with it.

I got the 3.99% financing for 60 months. They didn't seem to need any down payments but I went ahead and put down $5k. Besides TTL, they charged me for VIN etching ($300) and a dealer inventory tax ($75). They also try to hit you up with extended warranties, extra insurance, protection plans, etc. If you do decide to get the extended warranty, hold out. They offered to me again after I declined it the first time for $500 less.

Your posts are so much more humorous with your southpark (Eric Cartman) Hitla' pic.

You can now start replying his catch phrase: "Screw you guys. I'm going home."

Where is Hitla' ? http://animatedtv.about.com/library/.../aa040502a.htm

I saw cartman hitla pic on another site.
