Same here, glad I have my '05!

I would defintely like to have had the Bluetooth. However, I am enjoying my $2400 that I saved buying an 05. I will be watching for the 07's though. I might just have to trade up then!

Actually, one of the reasons I bought the car at the time I did (late April-ish) is that in five years when the car note's gone, I'll have the option of selling it (and the time to do so) while I wait on the 2011's to come out in late-2010.

Yes, it sounds odd to say that, but its the same sort of logic as the guy who posted above me, and my 2011 will be so much better than your 2007.

There is one difference though. I am not buying mine! I specifically switched to a lease because I am one of those guys who trades his car in after 2-3 years to get the latest and greatest. Sure it can be an expensive habit. However, if you play your cards right then you can limit the amount of damage it does. For instance, getting $2400 off to start with is a good way to make sure that you don’t pay an arm and a leg to use the car for 2 years and then switch to something new. If you are one of those guys who drives your car until the wheels fall off then I could see why my approach seems excessive. To each his own?

I'd like to see the revised steering ratio in the 6MT sedans too.

If leasing wasn't a big waste of money for me, I would probably have leased the 6MT. Just to see how much I would like/hate manual. I haven't driven manual much since over 15 years ago.

I can see it the next mod project for us 03-04 owners will be the bi-xeon upgrade. Also isnt this new color the same color that was an option on the 04 Z? I seem to remeber there was 3 silver colors that year for the Z which some thought it was 2 too many. Now that new sport package body kit sounds interesting. Also, let me get this straight the rear active steer will be only on the coupe?

Hey, you're picking apart my joke. I was mostly kidding when I typed that earlier.

Sedans don't have the clearance light (at least not through '05), so I would guess that is the coupe.

well that sucks. cause i am guessing from what i have heard, that only the coupe witll have the projection. i dont see why the sedan cant too? i mean, hell, the maxima does, why not the G35 sedan. the housings are similar for the coupe...i dont know a lot about them, but it would seem rather lame to me if the sedans didnt get them too.

i wish the thread starter would come back and answer a few of these questions

Minarets... where did you get that pic from? I wonder if that is a shot of a pre-production '06 coupe in Japan?

That could be a teaser shot planted by Nissan (making us wonder if that's the sedan or coupe), why didn't the person take a photo of the entire vehicle ? It would make sense to make projectors standard on both.

Anyway, we can't make up our mind, should we get a G35x or wait for the new IS250 AWD. The IS250 AWD has about 60-65 less hp (after Nissan lowers the HP rating for the G35 due to the new SAE standard), but everything else looks very good.
