Goes off when you lift on the pedal. Wow, what service you got there bro......... Go back and get them to fix it right, and also give you back the money they charged you for having to replace the locking nuts they had to cut off because they lost the key.

They lost the key and you have to pay something to get the nuts off?...... There's something wrong with this picture
I it were me, once I got that screw up sorted out, I'd find another place for service. What a nightmare....

I've heard others say they don't like anyone touching their car. I'm beginning to feel that way myself. even for service.

Like GSM said, have them correct the problems, refund your money, and submit a formal complaint into Infiniti. Nobody should be submitted to what you've described! See if Infiniti will give you a voucher for some free service at another dealer as well.

If they're going to charge you $10 to remove the lock nuts because they lost the key, they might as well smash your car into a brick wall and charge you $35k for a new one. Same f-ing difference. I wouldn't put up with that kind of service from a chain-store tire shop, and I certainly wouldn't put up with it from a luxury brand dealership.
