Clear Corner Lightbulb switch- help?

Hi guys, I recently got my clearcorners, and I left the white-yellowish stock bulbs inside... to my disgust, they contrast significantly with my xenons... soo, i'm going to switch them up with white bulbs...

one problem though, I can't seem to pull the power plug from the bulbs.. is there a trick to it, or am i just not pulling hard enough?

Thanks,
b0h

bOh,

The bulbs in the corner lamps are 198 wedge types. They just pull out!

what type of bulb do u recomend changing it to. I also just changed the outer coloredpart and left the stock light thingy instead of pulling the wires out and all that stuff plus i would rather have clear bulbs vrs. the ugly amber ones. But what bulb should i replace the stuck one with?

Re: Clear Corner Lightbulb switch- help?

i just changed my bulbs.. they jsut pull out.. didnt' realise that...
I changed my bulbs to a white led with a blue plastic cover - or bulb.....

don't ask me why it's blue, the guy at the store who sold it to me told me that the slightly blue tint makes it match better with xenons, and they do match pretty well

they dont' even look blue at all, i guess xenons have a slight shade of blue to them... the bulbs cost me about $30 can,
just bring your manual to any auto parts store and they can tell youw aht you need.

I would use hyperwhite bulbs (if you have any blue in your headlight).. if not.. PIAA makes awesome pure white bulbs..

hey bud, i put PIIA's in the clear corners today. They look great. They're LED's and look alot like the HID's! they're about $25.00. Make sure you get the white color not the blue white. Trust me...you'll love it!
