OK fair enough. What's your budget? Bear in mind not many cars a gonna race on 20's.

Never heard of "Racing 20s", cause they just wouldn't make any sense.

There are light-weight 20s like DPEs, iForged, Etc but I still doubt that anyone would race with them. You really want a little more tire, and flex in your tires, to race with. And the less sprung weight with your wheel/tire combo the better for acceleration, braking, Etc.

20s look great, can ride nice, and although I do not think that they effect the cars performance in a negative way (not that much anyway...), I just don't see why anyone would every want to race with a "dub".

IMO.
