Chrome exterior door handles on the sedan stock?
Chrome exterior door handles on the sedan stock?
Was the Chrome exterior door handles an option or come stock?
Performance Nissan lists a silver colored handle as an option for the outside. I prefer silver to the chrome. If I could have my way, I would get rid of all the chrome stuff
Thanks!

Chrome exterior door pulls are standard, no charge...unfortunately. Personally, I wish the door pull handles and the B-pillar posts were preferably body-colored, or evan black...anything but chrome. A lot of people like it, but I think it cheapens the look of the car overall. As a matter of fact, I will probably get the door handles painted Brilliant Silver to match the rest of my car soon.

Yeah, I think I will side with the body colored camp here....I wish the door trim, handles etc were all body colored. I dunno how well paint would hold up, though esp the edges where it could rub when lifted up a lot!

Well I just defected from the Lincoln LS comunty and f you find a skilled painte he/she can make it stick and look OEM. I for one tend t pursue this. But be advised in most cases they will be paint on a plastic or some material not paint friendly soif you can find a painter that is capable then pease share their contact info.

I just returned a Lincoln LS with 12k miles with custome black and the cstome outlived the OEM. You get what you pay for. Fact o bake is fake o bake. Soory dude but I have to disagree based on several yeras and well over 100k miles of experience.
If OEM was so great we would not be modding our cars! Do I lie?
Well, lets not argue, gang. To each his own.
Foo - post pics when you are done. For now, I want to do the rear emblem and factory grille. Does anyone have a spare grille they want to sell me? Maybe the billet grille guys want to make some of the money back. Please PM me!

Yeah I'd like to do the logos and the chrome window trim. I do se the window tri as being a problem area for peeling becasue it is a hard to prep area so it might just remain chrome.

On some colors doing a color match looks good. Across the board, however, I don't think this would be the case.
For example - a member posted up pictures of his black G that had been color matched and it looked sweet. He had dark tint and the whole car just blended together.
I can't imagine the same effect on an Ivory Pearl. ACK!
