Gialla Style Grille for 03-04 Sedan - anybody interested?

OK, since I have been on this board 2 short weeks, I have been looking high and low for a gialla style grille for the sedan with no luck. So, I decided to have a friend make one for me...
He is no amatuer - He has made Carbon fiber trunklids, hoods, spoilers, pillar pods etc and does top notch work. That is what he does for a living, so I know he does AWESOME work. (See pics below)
I am in the process of obtaining a stock sedan grille and an used gialla coupe grille to help get this project going. If someone can provide me with either for cheap, that will be awesome. They will be "sacrificed" to make the mold and help produce the new ones.
Based on my discussions with him, he said he could make about 10 grilles at a time in batches. Now, I am sure we will need to see one grille, test fit it and work any bugs out before moving on.
I know UT is making a grille, before I got on here, I emailed them directly and I recieved an email saying that there were no grilles for the sedan. Maybe they neglected to tell me they were making one, but I will believe it when I see it. I am not knocking them in any fashion, I am sure they have priorities etc.
It will be made in fiberglass for now. We can explore CF possibiities later, but for now fiberglass is better, much cheaper to make and paint etc etc.
So, I would like to know how many would be interested! It would cost about $150 or so I am guessing.
Please let me know if anyone would be remotely interested. Only when I see interest will I proceed further.
I am just trying to help us all out! I don't want to cause a commotion. Please PM or post public replies on here if you have questions. Thanks!
To repeat myself - He has made grilles before in CF and FRP - look at pics below!
Notice the last picture. That was a grille made based on the AMG Galant VR-4 which was sold only in Japan. We found one and he produced a replica. Same for the Fiberglass 3 piece wing. This guy is freaking talented. He designed and made the speaker pod which is pretty kick *** as well.
PS - The images were borrowed from galantvr4.org. I am a long standing member there and have owned 9 gvr4's thus far. Check me out on there if you'd like. Everyone knows who the "blacksheep" is there

If you can get a real gialla grille lookalike before UT's (which looks like its never coming out) that is a quality piece.. then I think you will have alot of peeps interested.. may I suggest you try to post in Cosmetic forum??

I need to find a gialla/silviaparts coupe grille for cheap so we can use this to make the mold. I also need a sedan grille (I am hopefully having an used one purchased today). The cheaper the UT/silviaparts grille, the better. The cost will be absorbed by the 10 grilles being made. So, if anyone can get me one for cheap, please let me know asap. I want the mold and one grille done asap so I can actually deliver to the sedan guys.

Update
An used Stock sedan grille has been purchased so I dont have to give mine up. I need to buy the SP grille and ship them both to the fabricator. Anyone have a lead on a gialla style grille for cheap? These costs are absorbed into the final grille price, so cheaper is better!
