until I take delivery of an 05 G35x!! WOOT!! This has been two weeks worth of work for one day! I was undecided on what I wanted in he car, only because the dealer was having trouble with my originial order (Premium, Navi, Sirus). However, after some looking, they found one in Pennsylvania! So they drove it over earlier in the week and tomorrow is the day!!

Now the next questions are:

1. How much does just a K&N filter do with no CAI?? I had one with a CAI on my Mustang GT and it added some pep, nothing huge though.

2. Which summer rims to get?? I like the Axis Hiro (just not sure if I should get Silver or Gunmetal), Supermesh, and a couple of others. I am sure everyone here has there preference.

I'll get you all some pics when I get it tomorrow and then after I wax it.

Congrats on you both. Mods to the intake do not really do much for the well tuned 05's. Adding just a K&N probably won't make any difference but worth it since it's reusable. If you also go with a Ztube, you will notice a better sound and maybe a little pickup at top end. It's hard to say when you are breaking in a motor. I added a Stillen CAI and didn't notice any difference in sound or power until I got the Ztube. Now it sounds much better but not sure about any power gains.
