Squeaky Armrest 05 6mt

i just bought a 6mt 2005 sedan and when im driving i have my hand on the shifter and my elbow/forearm on the armrest and it never stops squeaking. have any of you had and resolved this issue?

Yes, but the squeaking on my 05 6mt seems to come from the center console. I can eliminate the squeak by wedging my right hand between the center console and the passenger seat.

I've had that happen to me only a handful of times. The console, when shut, rests against a small magnet. A few times I noticed a squeaky noise, almost like mice. All I've had to do was raise the armrest and lower it again, solidly, and it went away.

the springs on my '05 sqeak every time I get into or out of my sedan.

Very annoying.

I too am having this problem.. is there a good solution?
