Best Wheel Color on DG

I'm trying to decide on new shoes for my sedan and I need your advice on what wheel would look best on a DG sedan. Both are 19x8.5.

Choice 1- Anthracite:

Choice 2- Hyper Silver

Thanks for your input.

I like the color matched look right now, so anthracite for me.

me 3... anthracite is a good choice for the DG - but the pic you posted looks darker than typical anthracite. Maybe it's different in person (that's usually the case with pics I post).

Thanks for your input guys. I had the anthracite mounted on the car and it is almost a perfect match for the diamond graphite so the pic is a little on the dark side.

Cru hit it right on the head, I don't know if in the long term I will like the look of color matched wheels. I don't really change wheels (this would be the first time) and on the back of my head I think that the silver is more of a long term solution for me. But the anthracite looks really nice on the car.

Based on the poll - most people feel the anthracite is the way to go. If you had stock pre '05 wheels I would say it's a definite plus to go anthracite because it helps hide the excessive brake dust... your '05 has Brembo right? If so brake dust won’t be an issue but road grime will... silver will show dirt and grime much more.

Personally I like the darker look in general, I powder coated my stock wheels to look darker and have been pleased.

Look forward to seeing what you choose - be sure to post pics.

I have the 05 with the sports package so I have the split 5-spoke wheels. I was not aware that the sedan came with Brembos and it sure doesn't say Brembo on the brake itself. But I do agree with you that the anthracite will hide dirt/grime better. I wash my car every weekend so it never accumulates that much anyways.

I will post pics when I get them, thanks for the input.
