Stock Sirius Radio and weak Signal???

Has anyone have there stock Sirius radio signals go in and out when there passing under a bridge or garge. I don't think it should be like that b/c my friend has a TL w/Sirius and has no problem w/signal going in and out. Does anyone have that problem?? You think it might be a bad installation from the dealer???

I have the stock XM unit that was installed by the dealer. I also had poor reception. The first visit, they claimed that one of the two antenna wires was poorly connected. It did not improve reception. So next visit, they replaced the antenna and it's noe much better. Still not as good as my original Delphi SkyFi, which I kept in another vehicle but it's now acceptable.

I have had Sirius installed in 3 different cars and I always lose the signal in a parking garage. I sometimes loose the signal under a bridge, I also sometimes loose the signal in just driving down the road, not to often though. To me the stock setup in the G is the best and keeps the signal better than the Blaupunkt unit I have. I'm really surprised to hear that your friends TL can keep the signal in a parking garage, hell sometimes I have trouble keeping the signal when it to cloudy out on my home unit.
