Anyone from IA have bad experiences with Jordan Infiniti in Johnston?

 

Did you ever get your G from Jordan? If so, are you happy with their service? I did and am not very happy w/ them to this point.

 

Im here in eastern IA. We went to Jordan, but they were asking $33K for a used sedan with the premium package. We then went to Infiniti of Madison in Wisconsin, (actually a shorter drive for us) bought a G35x with the premium package for $34K, and couldnt be happier. Where in Iowa do you live?

I'm in Waterloo. Looked at all the dealers in surrounding states for 1 year+. Decided to go to Jordan as I have family there and is more convenient location. The service is poor. Appear to not care whether they get repeat or word-of-mouth business. Very disappointing. How about your dealer?
BTW, Mine's 2003, Black, Sedan, Leather. Would love to drive it more except the driver's seat has a "rocking" motion that they are still trying to figure out (I know, I sent them the tech service number) but they aren't too concerned about it. I'm making 3 trips in one month instead of them ordering the parts I told them too prior to my 1st visit.

 

We liked Jordan at first, but they seemed a little overpriced. My brother goes to college at Iowa State, so it would have been convenient to buy from Jordan. Infiniti of Madison has been good so far but we havent done any servicing up there. It would be really nice if Infiniti would decide to have a few more dealers in Iowa. People around here have no clue what an Infiniti is and it would be a lot more convenient to go 50 miles for service rather than 150.
