Something of a Kill

Just got home from 'Miss Saigon'. Deserted 4 lane street near home. Riced out manual 240SX with a coffee can exhaust. We slowly started out from the light and I wan't going to race him. He's about 5 yards in front and floors it. I say what the hell. I pull on him and he's desperately trying to beat me. What a racket from his exhaust!

No sweat kill! Too bad I had 2 passengers in the car and I forgot to click off my A/C. Otherwise he would have been twice as embarrassed!

When you floor your car the air conditioning is automatically switched off....

Re: Something of a Kill

It still kills power until off - it has to respond so when you need power most - it's not quite there yet.

Well done! Amazing how many people think our car is a camry or accord in the power department.

Was it even an SE-R, or the plain-jane looks-only rice model?

You know... the ones they order in black to hide the fact that the mirrors and bumpers are black, not body-color.

Re: Something of a Kill

Sorry, not sure. It was dark and all I could tell was the manual shifting and the coffee can exhaust. Couldn't even hear my car 'cause of the noise off of his!

Re: Something of a Kill

Gord, Good going bro. Even if it wasn't the hotted up version (It must have had something under the hood to be in the game), it was still fun right?
