Spoiler installation question
Spoiler installation question
Hello everybody,
I got an used G35 from my local Infiniti dealer, and they installed a spoiler for me on it. It seems to be the standard G35 spoiler (with the break light hooked-up), but I find it a bit loose. By looking at the installation it's only screwed with 2 boat and sitting on some sort of protecting foam.
Everytime I shut a front door, it shakes a bit (ok, it's not loosed, but not as tight as it would be with 4 nuts). Can anyone confirm how it's installed on an Aero? (2 or 4 nuts)
thanks,

Hey Guys,
Just installed my OEM spoiler on my 05 Sedan. Dealer will install using 2 bolts and 2 plastic clips, the grey foam is just that "grey foam". I opt to use the 2 bolts but used 2-way sponge tape (available at most bodyshops) instead of the clips. Spoiler is solid, no shaking at all.

Two side tape (grey foam) is probably shot and I'm doubting that the two rear clips are in place. Check out my old post
