350Z Header?

Would this be an upgrade at all for a 03 Sedan? I'm getting a mid pipe from a friend and was wondering if the header would also make some sort of upgrade. I know that the mid pipe from a 350Z would have to be extended.

I also did a Search and came up with nothing.

If you are talking about the OEM headers then they are the same as the G35's. No upgrade. Same thing for the Y-pipe.

the mid is going to be extended around 8 inches. i got myslf the 350z stillen cat back and it was 8 inches in the mid and 2 inches at the tip. pain in the b**t, but (no pun intended) it was well worth it.......

yes I was talking about the OEM header. The reason I want the Mid (B) pipe is to get that coupe/350Z sound on the sedan. Changing that out will give me that sound, correct?

Yes, do a search on the terms "coupe mid pipe" and you'll find plenty of hits. It will make your sedan sound more coupe like but not exactly like it. I personally didn't like how it sounded so I just had my huge OEM resonator replaced with a Magnaflow resonator. Shaved about 15-20 lbs. of weight too.

If you get on it it will sound little more like the coupe but without the high pitch.
