Need Dealer Recommendation in So Cal
Need Dealer Recommendation in So Cal
I am shopping for a 6MT sedan with prem package. I've heard people paying as little as $500 over invoice. Can anyone recommend a dealer in LA area that offers this type of pricing or better? I am in Cerritos, CA.

I can't recommend Thousand Oaks strong enough
I got my no option 6mt sedan from them, $500 over invoice. Factory areo added for $595 and they drove the car to my door 330 miles away for a measly $50 fee. I did not have to neogociate the price I called and spoke to Dennis, their internet sales manager. He offered the deal to ME. I HATE haggling price. I'm so greatfull they gave me a excellent deal with out any hassle's. A 10 buying experience.

Definitely go to Infinity of Thousand Oaks and ask for Bruce Liberty. He took great care of me. I've never been to a dealership and felt so welcomed and confident. If you do decide to go there please PM me and I'll give you some helpful info.

Infiniti (spelled InfinitI not InfinitY) of Thousand Oaks are a bunch of no good crooked scumbags. Stay away from them like the plague. Definitely avoid them and p.m. me for the negative experience I encountered with the crooks they call a sales department. I'd sooner be stabbed in the face witha soldering iron before EVER considering going withing 50 miles of that hell forsaken dealership.

Unfortunately it is hard to generalize about Dealers, it kind of comes down to the salesman. It is usually better to deal with the Fleet Mgr. or the Sales Manager, if possible.
I got my Coupe from Miller. The salesman was very straight forward - we drove the G35 Coupe, G35 Sedan, and FX45 - no hassle. He freely disclosed the discounts available on the Sedan and FX45, but said MSRP on Coupe. Also explained that the car(s) could be ordered to my specification. This was back in March. About a month later I came back, they had a Coupe available and it was just what I wanted, so I bought it on the spot.
As others have reported, it is hard to get them to budge off of MSRP on the Coupe. I got a couple of freebees like wheel locks and a few tanks of gas, etc. They also agreed to a price in writing to buy my old car within two weeks if I wanted. Luckily I ended up selling it myself for more.
I had no complaints with the salesman; although their Finance guy tried to sneak a few hundred $ of extra charges into the paperwork - but I'm one of those people that reads everything and he knocked it out. So........

I highly recommend MacPherson in Tustin. Go see Chuck Hariss and he will get you a great deal. Tell him you were referred here. Several members have had great experiences there also.
BTW, Heri in the service department is excellent. He goes above and beyond to take care of you!

You are right. I had an excellent experience with Dennis at Thousand Oaks. Tustin was also pretty good. A friend of mine bought his coupe there. Buying a sedan, most of the dealers will deal on them. I also agree that you should purchase via the fleet dealer. I went to Mission Viejo initially, and they wouldn't give me more than $1200 of MSRP. Both Thousand Oaks and Tustin were quoting a few hundred over invoice. That's a savings of around $1K. Both Thousand Oaks and Tustin were low pressure. Certainly the particular salesman that you get will make all the difference.
