I have been searching with no success for a chrome/silver center console upgrade to buy for my 2004 g35 sedan (i have the std grayish plastic center console currently). I contacted the dealer but they said it would cost over $1000 to replace all the std parts with the upgraded parts including labor which i think is way too expensive. Can anyone tell me where i can purchase such a center silver/chrome console (tried ebay)?

If you are talking about the '05 console, it's not chrome, but brushed aluminum, and I don't doubt it would cost over $1000 to replace the setup, many things would have to change.

 

actually, i am looking for the 04 brushed Al console - available in the sport suspension package - any ideas how to get it?

That's not brushed aluminum, just a painted finish I believe.
