How much work is pretty much known, it's all in the thread. To give you the quick and dirty (I'm not the expert)

Remove bumper
remove headlight housing
bake housing to open
install eyes
put back together with a 2 wire splice to run them off drl's?

intgr8r knows more.

There's a little ....
They're suposed to be a DIY install.
There may be a few that feel it's a little too much to handle though...

FWIW
In Toronto we're organizing a workshop, to share our tallents.

Good Lord that looks amazingly tight. I would like seeing them actually installed on a sedan before i decide and i gotta check the thread to see if its been fitted yet for '05.

i heard that the headlight will start to leak if i put the demon eyes in by taking the headlight apart is this true?

as long as you put the headlights back together with a good seal there should be no leak or fogging. but how do you know if you have a good seal is a good question?

yea your absolutly right about that how do we know if it seals good? plus i dont have anyone out here to put it in for me either i gotta go find someone when it stops raining.

did you see that DIY thread on how to remove the headlights. I found that very easy to understand and I am very tempted to get the demon eyes now Im just puting it off due to i need more money.
