Hi everyone! I had the dealer install a crimestopper rs901v series remote car starter. When I start the car with the remote and then get into the car the seats memory does not work. Are these remote systems any good? Thanks.

Re: remote car starter
I believe (and I may be wrong here), that the recall of the seat memory is tied into a key being inserted in the ignition. I accidentally put the wrong car key in mine (I've got a slab of about 10 sets of keys- grabbed the wrong one) and after sticking it only about 1/2cm into the ignition, my seats went to their memory settings. I've got a remote starter and alarm, and mine still works fine...

Re: remote car starter
I like it. Before you shut the car off leave the climate controls on auto. I start the car from inside my house.....nice and comfortable when I leave.
