I'd say go for the second one because it has the sport suspension which is better and you can always get another kit that you might like for your car.

 

I am now a proud owner of a G35

This car is amazing. I went with the black one, (figured if I really want a kit, I can get one aftermarket). The car just flies and moves like water. I've already hit the 105 mark. Oh yeah, one funny thing, I saw the silver model with the kit. Somebody else was test driving it. But once they saw the black one I was driving, they wanted the same thing. The black g35 actually reminds me of the car in the Knight Rider (KITT) for some reason. Anyway, thank you all for the input.
